01 / Overview

This exhibit uses interactive infrared photothermal imaging to allow visitors to experience and understand the scientific knowledge that invisible infrared energy can be converted into visible thermal images in multiple ways. The exhibits consist of a design booth, observation device bracket, vein observation device, television, etc. The core interactive device is the real vein observation device set up on the booth. visitors can make a fist with one hand and place their hand in the testing area to observe the vein images displayed on their hands or arms, and personally experience the practical role of this technology in the process of medical venipuncture. one Stand in front of the exhibit platform and prepare for interaction Make a fist with one hand and place your hand steadily in the testing area of the vein observation device Observing the vein images presented by the hand or arm, feeling the effect of infrared photothermal imaging technology. The infrared perspective core is based on the wavelength difference between infrared and visible light, as well as the different reflection characteristics of substances towards these two types of light. Due to the longer wavelength of infrared light compared to visible light, it is less reflected by certain materials or textile fabrics.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
