A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The silver liquid flowing in the maze is liquid gallium indium tin alloy. Gallium indium tin alloy is a low melting point alloy made by vacuum melting gallium, indium, and tin. Its melting point is about -19 ℃ to 30 ℃, and the specific value varies slightly with the proportion of the three metals. This alloy has good electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent fluidity, high surface tension, is not easily volatile, and does not react with materials such as copper and stainless steel. It is widely used in products such as thermometers, electronic device heat sinks, and flexible electronic devices. This exhibit the fluidity and conductivity of liquid gallium indium tin alloy through a central maze disk and interactive lighting devices on both sides.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
(2) Application of liquid metal a. Thermal interface material: Liquid metal has a higher thermal conductivity than traditional thermal interface materials, which can quickly transfer heat from electronic components to heat sinks or fins. b. Stretchable electronic skin: With its excellent conductivity, extensibility, stimulus response ability, and self-healing properties, liquid metal is widely used in stretchable electronic skin, opening up new directions for the development of smart wearable devices. c. Mercury thermometer: Liquid mercury (mercury) in a mercury thermometer expands when heated and contracts when cooled. As the temperature changes, the height of the mercury column also changes accordingly, thus displaying the temperature.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
