01 / Overview

As the "heart" of an aircraft, the performance of an aircraft engine directly determines its flight capability. In order to improve the thrust, fuel economy, and reliability of aircraft, aircraft engine manufacturers are constantly seeking technological breakthroughs, among which increasing engine size is one of the important means. A larger engine means it can accommodate more airflow, providing stronger thrust. Meanwhile, by optimizing the engine structure and airflow channels, air compression efficiency and combustion efficiency can be improved, further enhancing performance.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / The science behind it

As the "heart" of an aircraft, the performance of an aircraft engine directly determines its flight capability. In order to improve the thrust, fuel economy, and reliability of aircraft, aircraft engine manufacturers are constantly seeking technological breakthroughs, among which increasing engine size is one of the important means. A larger engine means it can accommodate more airflow, providing more thrust. Meanwhile, by optimizing the engine structure and airflow channels, air compression efficiency and combustion efficiency can be improved, further enhancing performance. Advanced aircraft engines use a large number of new materials and complex structures, such as high-temperature resistant alloys, composite materials, and integral blades. These materials and structures pose higher requirements for processing technology, requiring the use of more precise and efficient processing methods. Aircraft engines require extremely high machining accuracy for parts, such as blade profile accuracy, diameter and position accuracy of air film holes, etc. Precision machining technologies such as five axis linkage CNC machining, electrical discharge forming machining, etc. can meet the requirements.

04 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
