A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

Before clinical use, drugs need to be formulated into dosage forms suitable for disease prevention and treatment. The dosage form of a drug affects its release mode, absorption rate, and therapeutic effect. Common dosage forms include solid dosage forms (such as tablets, capsules), which are easy to store but absorb slowly; Liquid dosage forms (such as oral and injection solutions) are suitable for rapid onset of action; Semi solid dosage form (such as ointment), used for local administration; Aerosols (such as sprays) act quickly on the respiratory system.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
The characteristics of common drug formulations are as follows: (1) Advantages of injections: rapid efficacy, accurate dosage, and reliable action; Used for drugs that are not suitable for oral administration; Suitable for patients who cannot take oral medication; Capable of producing localization and targeted drug delivery effects; Extend drug efficacy. Disadvantages: Pain at the injection site, stability check of the injection, and potential danger; The production cost is high. (2) Advantages of tablets: Accurate formulation, stable quality, convenient administration, easy identification, and low cost. Disadvantages: Not suitable for children and comatose patients to swallow; Improper preparation and storage can gradually deteriorate, affecting the disintegration of the gastrointestinal tract; When the storage time of tablets containing volatile oil components is prolonged, the content decreases. Due to the reduced surface area of the compressed particles, the drug release rate slows down. (3) Advantages of capsules: They can mask the unpleasant bitterness and odor of drugs, and improve drug stability; The drug has high bioavailability; Can compensate for other solid agents.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
