A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The extraction and manufacturing of medical biological products is a delicate process. For animal sources, they are usually extracted from tissues or blood, or prepared by cell culture using specific natural culture media and growth factors, followed by separation and purification techniques. For microorganisms, their strong ability to decompose and transform is utilized to cultivate them on solid or semi-solid media. Through the proliferation and metabolism of microbial cells, the required bioactive substances are produced, which are then isolated and purified. Biological products from different sources have different extraction methods, reagents used, and cultivation conditions, but strict quality control standards must be followed to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the products.
The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Example of extracting drug components from microorganisms: Streptomyces polyketide compounds are a large class of structurally and biologically diverse secondary metabolites produced through polyketide synthesis pathways, and are the main secondary metabolites produced by Streptomyces. Examples of extracting drug ingredients from animals: the extraction of pig or cow insulin From 1920 to the 1960s, the extraction of insulin from animal pancreas was widely developed and applied to the treatment of diabetes. Opened the first generation of animal derived insulin.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
