Deep Sea No.1

Deepsea One "is the world's first 100000 ton deepwater semi submersible production, storage, and unloading oil platform independently developed by China. The platform is located in the southeastern waters of Hainan Island, with an operating depth of over 1500 meters and an annual production capacity of 3 billion cubic meters of natural gas. It has remote control production capabilities and can maintain the normal operation of oil and gas extraction equipment during typhoons.

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

Since its commissioning in June 2021, the gas field has produced over 4.5 billion cubic meters of gas and exported over 450000 cubic meters of condensate oil. We have independently established a complete operation and maintenance technology system for ultra deepwater gas fields, achieving rapid production and maintaining high and stable yields after the ultra deepwater gas field is put into operation.
