01 / Overview

Typhoon is a powerful and profound tropical weather system, which has both disadvantages and advantages: 1. Disadvantages of typhoon include 1. rainstorm and flood 2. Debris flow and landslide 3. Damage to urban facilities 4. Benefits of typhoon threatening traffic include 1. Precipitation and water resources 2. Climate regulation 3. Ecological impact 4. Energy release uncovers the upside and downside of typhoon. Precipitation level: Disadvantage - typhoon rainstorm may cause flood disaster. Typhoon Li will bring abundant freshwater and replenish regional freshwater resources. Energy level: Disadvantage - Typhoons may damage building structures and ancillary facilities. Typhoon Li will drive tropical heat to flow towards temperate and cold regions, maintaining the Earth's thermal balance. At the ocean level: Typhoon induced storm surges can lead to problems such as tidal surges, coastal erosion, and land salinization. Typhoon Li will roll up the nutrients in the underwater part of the river, increase the bait, and thus increase fish production. Health aspect: Disadvantages.

02 / How visitors use it

The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.

03 / Built for a public floor

Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
