A standard catalogue model: the dimensions, control package and finish are fixed, which is what keeps the price and the lead time predictable. Size, colour and interface language can be adapted without a new design cycle.

The exhibit is an interactive model where visitors compares the differences in quality between two bicycle frames through hands-on experience, and considers the properties of materials, especially the characteristics of carbon fiber. By comparing the weight difference between ordinary materials and carbon fiber materials, understand the characteristics of carbon fiber materials. The exhibit is a set of bicycle frames of equal size made of steel and carbon fiber structures. Composed of a bicycle frame and a metal bracket. The metal bracket is fixed on the ground, and the axles of the front and rear wheels of the bicycle frame are connected to the metal bracket to control the height at which the frame is lifted. The bicycle frame can be designed with a steel frame weighing 5kg and a carbon frame weighing approximately 1kg, a difference of 5 times. visitors will lift two frames and feel their weight, and will find that the carbon fiber structure of the vehicle is lightweight. Target audience: Adolescents aged 6-15 years old. Interactive display device operation instructions (audience experience) 1 Lift the bicycle to feel its weight, comparing it to a regular bicycle and carbon fiber.
Interaction type: Interactive installation. The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Carbon fiber refers to high-strength and high modulus fibers with a carbon content of over 90%. High temperature resistance ranks first among all synthetic fibers. Made from acrylic fiber and viscose fiber as raw materials, through high-temperature oxidation and carbonization. It is an excellent material for manufacturing high-tech equipment such as aerospace. Carbon fiber is mainly composed of carbon element and has characteristics such as high temperature resistance, friction resistance, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. Its appearance is fibrous, soft, and can be processed into various fabrics. Due to its graphite microcrystalline structure preferentially oriented along the fiber axis, it has high strength and modulus along the fiber axis direction. The density of carbon fiber is low, therefore it has higher strength and modulus. The main use of carbon fiber is as a reinforcing material to composite with resins, metals, ceramics, carbon, etc., to manufacture advanced composite materials. Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite materials have the highest specific strength and modulus among existing engineering materials. The diameter of carbon fiber is only 5 microns, which is equivalent to ten to ten times that of a human hair.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.

Attach a theme outline, a floor plan, or nothing at all — a photo of the space is enough to start. Quotations are issued against a real exhibit list, not per-square-metre guesses.
