By stably suspending the bulb model in the air and controlling the light on and off without contact, the main purpose is to demonstrate the principle of magnetic levitation and wireless power transmission technology to visitors. The exhibit consists of a booth, a scenic box, a circular bracket, and magnetic levitation light bulbs. The suspension of the light bulb utilizes magnetic levitation technology. The top of the bulb is equipped with a magnet, and the circular bracket directly above the bulb contains an electromagnet that generates a magnetic field when powered on. The magnetic field has an attraction to the magnet, and when the attraction is balanced with the weight of the light bulb, the light bulb can be suspended in the air. At the same time, due to the presence of light-emitting diodes and coils inside the bulb, it lights up while the bulb is suspended, automatically delaying for one minute before turning off. Target audience: Adolescents aged 6-15. Display format: Electromechanical interactive device operation instructions (audience experience) 1 As visitors approaches the booth, they will see light bulbs suspended in the air; 2. Press the "Start" button to light up the suspension.
Interaction type: Electromechanical interactive. The unit is designed for unsupervised public use: controls are recessed or shielded, moving parts are enclosed, and the interface is operable by a child of about six with no instruction. Where a screen is used, the language can be switched without changing the hardware, and the content can be replaced on site.
Magnetic levitation light bulbs mainly utilize the characteristics of magnets that repel each other of the same sex and attract each other of the opposite sex, giving the bulb the ability to resist gravity. At the same time, magnetic field sensitive components are used to sense changes in the magnetic field position of the light bulb, and the current through the excitation coil is controlled to adjust the magnetic field, so that the magnetic force received by the light bulb is balanced with its own weight, and the light bulb is smoothly suspended in the air. The light bulb emits light using the principle of electromagnetic induction. Electromagnetic coils are installed in the bracket and the bulb respectively. The coils in the bracket are connected to AC power, and the coils in the bulb generate induced current to light up the bulb. Reference materials.
Every unit leaves the factory after a running test: mechanisms cycled, electronics burned in, edges dressed, fixings torqued and marked. Wear parts — bearings, sliders, lamps, belts, touch panels — are modular and listed on the spare-part sheet, so a venue technician can replace them without returning the exhibit. Crating is plywood with foam blocking; the loading plan and packing list travel with the shipment.
